Enrich 8.5 Enhancements

Enrich 8.5 has been enhanced with a variety of new features, many of which are listed below.   See the Enrich Release Notes for a full description.

General:

• The Help link at the top right of all student screens now includes links to Enrich Product Guides, Release Notes and System Update History.  To explore the full Release Notes, log in to Enrich, then click Help in the top right corner of any page. In the right pane, click Release Notes/Known Issues.   You will see a link to the 8.5 Feature Release Notes specific to your state.
• When searching for students, a new Programs link will appear beside the name of students with an active program.  Click the Programs link to jump straight to Programs tab, or click the student name to access the Profile tab.

• The search type (Students, Classes, or Users) is now remembered between searches.

• General performance improvements have been made possible by adding support of Microsoft .NET4.

Assess:

• The Class Score Sheet has been enhanced to improve readability of long column headings.

All Programs:

• Current Summary Report - Active Plans:
• When filtered on school, the list now shows the school’s full name instead of the abbreviation.
• New check box to include future plans for Summary Report. (Enabled by default). Deselecting this box will remove any plans whose start date is in the future.

• Programs tab:
• Plan now shows both start and end date (rather than start date only)
• RTI invention plans now display subdomain(s) under status flag

• Concurrent editing of plans and actions:  Enrich now detects if network connection is dropped, and displays a warning dialog until connection is restored. Interface is locked to prevent loss of any data entered without a working connection.

RTI:

• Intervention strategy instructions are now available when creating plans. (Previously the instructions were available only when viewing a plan.)
• Current Summary Report by School/Interventionist now filters out non-school teachers. It will include only users who are assigned to students at that school. Also updated to sort by Last Name instead of First Name.

IEP:

• A new “Special Factors” report is available under the Special Education category.
• Added “Special Education Summary (Current)” fields to all Special Education Ad Hoc Reports
• Service Log:
• Yellow bar appears to inform user of students who are not eligible for Medicaid billing, and reason.
• Enrich now validates that notes have been entered for Treatment, Progress and Goals tabs. Notes must be added before the service can be signed.
• Four new Medicaid billing authorization fields are now available in the “Actual Services” Ad Hoc report.

A number of additional administrative and security changes have been made in support of multi-district environments. These are described in the Release Notes.
