Support for the ELDA test

TestView version 4.0.0.174

The English Language Development Assessment (ELDA) is designed to measure annual progress in the acquisition of English language proficiency skills among non-native English speaking students. ELDA measures academic and social language proficiency in four domains: speaking, listening, reading and writing, with five levels of proficiency in each domain.

Note: In order to import the ELDA test, you should first move it from "Unused" to "Current" status. In the Imports table (District tab), click on the "+" beside Unused Tests. You should see ELDA in this list. Click the Details link to the right of the ELDA test. In the Status list box, select "Current", then click Save at the bottom of the page. ELDA will now appear in the Current section of the table.
