Several new features

Enrich Version 7.18.2.2664

The following new features are now available:

• Student groups are labeled more clearly now: Those groups created by the user are labeled "Created by You" to distinguish them from groups maintained by Enrich.
• System administrators can now link a user to any teacher by searching on first or last name.
• Bulk edit of user roles can be done by export to .csv, edit in spreadsheet, then re-import. Links for "Export Users" and "Import Users" are available on User List.
