Updated MAP norms and more...

Enrich version 7.19.3.3011

Updated MAP Norms (percentiles) for 2011. This release updated all percentile scores prior to Fall 2011 to match NWEA's 2011 percentiles. If you had previously imported MAP scores, the original percentile was moved to a new field named “Percentile (2008 Norms)” which is available in adhoc reporting.

Administrative: The user list now has option to view all users or 25 users per page. Drop-down selection is at top right corner of user list table.
